So lately I have been receiving some odd e-mails from addresses like News@InsideApple.Apple.com and iTunes@NewiTunes.Apple.com and I have been having my suspisions about if they are actually Apple. (I have not clicked on anything in the e-mails but have scrolled over to see the URL and most have been inside.apple.com...) The e-mails all look good and Apple quality if not just copied from Apple, one example:

Why would they not be? They are advertising new products.

That pictured e-mail is from "News@InsideApple.Apple.com"
It just doesn't seem like apple would use that. I just think it is like a spoof email.

Any domain that is xxxx.apple.com is owned by Apple. It's legit and not a spoof email.

If you don't want to receive them, you'll find this at the bottom of the email:
If you prefer not to receive commercial email from Apple, or if you've changed your email address, please click here.

But has anyone else been receiving Apple emails from domains like newitunes.itunes.com or insideapple.apple.com?

Did you read the responses in this thread? Anything that is xxxxx.apple.com is part of www.apple.com. It's perfectly legit. Why on earth would anyone spoof an email ad that points you back to Apple? There would be no motive. Every link in that email points to Apple's site. It's from Apple.
