This is from that page. It doesn't sound like it to me, but it could be. Why don't you ask the seller? No one here can tell you anything besides what you can read on that page.

I've done that lol, he says they are genuine, I guess people who bought one could tell if the packaging is real and whatnot.

looks legit to me... But the seller is getting you for the shipping cost $13.32. so 13.99+13.32= $27
still cheaper but worse come to worst, get a refund back.
