Considering I get 3.5 Mbps down and 1.5 Mbps up on AT&T and got basically twice your speeds when I get the Sprint Galaxy S II a few weeks ago, I'm going to go with no. Those are abysmal speeds to be honest.

How do you upload photos into a thread from iPhone? I'd like to share my speed test.

You can send it in an email/transfer it to your computer and then upload it.

Use the browser called iCab, which I believe allows you to upload....This is something I have been wanting from Apple for a while now!! I was hoping iOS 5 would have brought it :(.

I am up here in the mid Michigan area in Farmland and I am getting around 1.5 mbps down and 1mpbs up on verizon. Not very good. :(

I'd like to do it from my iPhone if possible. It's much more convenient.

You can use tapatalk easy to search thru the forums and upload picture anyways, those aren't great speeds maybe 1-2mbps would be better , I usually get 1-2mbps and sometimes 0.5 mbps and it works fine with netflix and specially YouTube so that's what matters to me :)

This is what I'm getting at work right now which is a bad spot to test speeds cause is all the way in the back of the building but YouTube still works :D
