There's no way to tell from an eBay listing if an item is genuine or not.

Neither one is factory sealed, if that matters to you.
The first item is listed as "new", but the fine print says it's a customer return. That's not new in my book.
The second item explicitly states it is a customer return.

Okay thanks for your response. Doubt are take risk then I can’t find the pine green case anywhere sold out everywhere even on Apple website sold out for delivery. I really want the case in this colour to go with my midnight green pro doubting are ever get my hands on one now.
