Are they bringing the Photos spot/dust removal tool from OSX to IOS16?

Few years back Apple added a dust/spot removal retouch tool to OSX Photos which never appeared in the IOS versions.

I know there re third party plugins but was hoping its coming with IOS 16

Giving this a gentle bump. It seems odd to me that they do not sync up functionalities between the devices. Like an oversight.
