Are trackpad drivers improved in Bootcamp 4.0

I was thinking about buying Lion for the windows drivers. Is there any reason to do so, and if so, is it possible to install the windows drivers from Lion without actually upgrading snow leopard to lion?

Thanks.
 
No trackpad drivers are still 2nd best, for scrolling etc.

Apple wants you to like OSX better :)
