Does anyone get extremely annoyed that it actually takes longer to get to your apps due to having to wait for the apps to "settle" during the animations? This was not an issue pre iOS7 - I could open up my phone very quick and get into the Mail app very quick and it was just so fluid. Now, it seems like I'm waiting another .5-1sec, which isn't MUCH but it is extremely noticeable and annoying.

With the 7.0.3 update when you turn off the parallax feature it also turns off the icon movements. Instead the transition becomes a brief fade in/out of white and is much faster. He parallax option is called "Reduce Motion" and is found in settings under General>Accessibility. Hope that helps.
