Are US and UK tiger the same?

Can anyone tell me if the US and UK versions of tiger the same?

I am off to the US at the end of the month, and plan to pick up a copy of Tiger there (and also iLife) but I just want to check that all copies of Tiger are the same and there aren't any localisations that are done to the UK/european version that are missing from the US version.
