Header kind of says it all... but I bought Parallels and I haven't installed/activated it yet. I want to install my old version of Corel Draw XI but before I do all this... I want to know if I can deny web access to the virtual pc end of it somehow?

Hope I'm explaining this right.

Off hand I would say it likely doesn't, though can't say for certain. A virtual machine usually gets its own IP and I don't know that LittleSnitch would be monitoring it as well as you want. LittleSnitch may keep the virtual machine under one "allow" and so it either can connect or not at all. Again, I can't say this is how it works for certain. I suppose if LittleSnitch doesn't pop up after an hour of using the virtual machine, then you have your answer.

It will if you run the virtual machine network in NAT'd mode instead of Bridged mode. But the caveat is snitch would only report that the VM is requesting access and not the application inside the VM.
