Do you find yourself saying or doing any of the following?

"Ok, just one more stumble".

"Let me refresh my email inbox one more time."

"Let me see if anyone has responded to me in Macrumors"

If you do any or all of these activities daily -- you are addicted. Welcome to the club :)

Imagine traveling outside the comforts of your native country.

That's kinda different, when you travel your leaving personal/work behind. You are going to an area you never been, so your going to explore. I know when I travel, I am rarely around my computer/blackberry.

Think I spend too much time on the internet, got 4 websites that I visit regularly including this one and the bbc.

But when I go on holiday or away I don't miss it.

I'm addicted to being up to date with everything, it's why I only watch BBC News 24 when at the dinner table. But I'm a bit odd like that.

Oh and addicted to MR. Just so easy to get lost here.

I would say yes but lately I have been doing other stuff like exercise (It kills) & just going out to random places each day.

I find myself taking the internet for granted. But, when the cable goes out and there is no internet, that is when I realize I do need it. I have to fill that internet time with something else and that can be tough to do.

I try to be as goal-oriented online as I can be. I have a select few sites I visit every day, some weekly, and then there's some that I forget about checking form one month to the next and it's like rediscovering it every time.

I probably waste more time than I'd like to admit online, but in general, I can let it go and walk away at any time unless I'm in the midst of a project.
