No kidding. :( I'm TRYING to give them my money. They have been at this (with the iPhone) for three years now. You think they would have figured out how to fix some of the bugs by now.

Here is my theory:

A bunch of people have been saying how Apple/ATT over charged the for their orders when they pre-ordered.

I think Apple/ATT noticed this and pulled the ability to pre-order/Reserve down while they fix this.

Most people were saying they will just fix the pricing issue at the store, but remember, Apple wants to turn customers on a fast pace due to the most likely large crowds, and having to deal with a bunch of people being over charge and asking for a fix would just add more time and worsen the congestion.

I think they pulled the ability down to fix this problem.

Apple.com has been processing my information for going on half an hour. I have resigned myself to getting a black iphone. I am not going to wait till whenever for the white iphone to become available.

I think a lot of people in the east coast planned to wake up around 5-5:30 am as many sites predicted. Apple server was barely keeping up with only west coast forks. Now the east side is up and the servers are totally killed.
