Are you only allowed one rented movie on your phone at a time?

I have an Amtrak trip in three hours, I rented two movies off iTMS, one transferred over fine, but everytime I click "move" and "sync" for the second movie, it initially jumps from the "phone" column back to "rented movies." Yes, I have enough free space on the phone.

So, are you only allowed one rented movie on your phone at a time?
