Nope. I carry my phone around without a case and plan to do the same with the new one.

Was thinking about getting the Product Red one for my 5, but it's too much of a hassle with docks etc.

Really wish they made a nice leather pouch instead, I've gone through 3 and still can't find the perfect one

Definitely not. Aside from being overpriced, it's not all that attractive. Way better options out there. This Apple accessory doesn't add nearly as much value as, say, the smart covers do for the iPad. That's innovative- the new 5s cases exist just because they can.

Nope, leather will wear at the edges and look bad quickly.

Change phone every 2 years, makes AppleCare redundant.

I do not use any protectors, etc, I'm just careful with my phone, that's all.

iPhone is build to last, any extra protection is optional.
