I'm getting this damn message every time I try to open an app. Every time I open Firefox for instance, I'll get this message...no matter how many times I click on "Open". Can someone help? FYI, I recently bought a 27" iMac and I did download all my apps and installed them instead of migrating using Time Machine.

Are you certain you are running the application from the application folder and not from the .dmg you downloaded?

If, when you installed Firefox, you opened the DMG and dragged the Firefox.app from the DMG to the Applications folder, then ejected and deleted the download file, you should only get the message the first time you open Firefox. If you're getting it every time, it sounds like Firefox permissions are off. Try re-downloading the DMG and re-installing.
