Grr, this happened with my 17" iMac and now it's happened with my MacBook.
As you can see from the YouTube video here, a bug has conveniently made its way under my screen! It's still crawling as I write this, just hoping that it dies off-screen and if it doesn't, I'm hoping AppleCare will cover it!

Anyone got any ideas?? xxx

*edit* argh! it's died on screen!!! oh well, phoned up apple and it should be covered by applecare! :)

HOLY S**T, not RIP sweet bug. It's been 24 hours now and the blasted insect is STILL crawling inside my screen. I thought it had died, but it seems to have had a new lease of life, it's still alive, hardy little bugger!

Go here and schedule and appointment, and see if they will replace it. I'm sure they will if you tell them it was there the whole time.

thanks for that, yeah i've scheduled it in for repair and got my case ID, got my case ID, just need to bring it to the local apple service centre, haven't had a chance yet...
