So I've encountered this a couple of times already before, but after the 2.0.1 update -- which first of all, error'd out, while leaving my Touch in the Restore state (and unable to get out of it, causing me to have to restore and lose all my music, again) -- it has restored with the 2.0.1 firmware, but I can't get it to stop needing to be backed up when it returns.

I can disconnect the Touch, and it's perfectly fine, with all my Apps and data (but not music), but if I connect it, the only option iTunes gives me is to restore from a previous backup. This has happened 3 times in a row now. When will it end! It's irritating enough that I'm going to have to copy my music back to it for the 5th time in 3 days, but this is getting ridiculous. These restores take for-ev-er too.

Update: 3rd time finally did it right. It also was the longest restore, taking just over 30 minutes. Grrrrr.. It's not like I have a lot of stuff to restore, since it wiped my music. Just a dozen apps or so, a few calendar entries and a handful of contacts.
