I have a G4 desktop runnint OS X 10.3.9. I moved to a location where I need wireless, so I bought an Aria extreme PCI (for > $100) and plugged it in.
When the card is installed, the computer won't boot. A couple times it got to the point where it powered up the monitor and started the circular animation. I tried powering up a few more times, and it got even less far in the reboot cycle.
I tried another PCI slot with no success (I was using none of them up to this point).
Any suggestions on what might be wrong?
