My iphone Max and the arlo app are not getting along. The app works fine on DHs X and my 8. I have downloaded the app a bunch of times and logged in and each time I log in and tap anything then it freezes and I have to restart my phone. Any ideas of what I can do? I just had my phone replaced bc I reception issues. This one has terrible reception too but I did set it up as a new phone.

Arlo app works on my Xr just fine.. no issues! Now it doesn't like a VPN so if you are using a VPN you'll have to turn it off. I am in the process of ditching my Arlo setup. I purchased a Swann Security System and had it installed. OMG so much better than Arlo for my needs.
