General ARP poisoning protection

Hello,

I was wondering if there's an app for iOS that is similar to WiFi Protector on android. I want an app that protects my arp tables and binds them to the gateway's IP. Presently, I can sniff Wi-Fi data coming from any iDevice on the same Wi-Fi network ad myself, gain access to passwords, credit card numbers, etc. VPN prevents that, however, I can still turn off the "victim's" Wi-Fi altogether using arp poisoning.

Please let me know if there's anything like this out there.
