Resolved Arrange iPad home screen in iTunes for mac? Ability removed?

Using iTunes 12.0 for mac, is there no way to connect the iPad and rearrange the home screen icons? Did they remove this ability? It's really annoying to move apps one at a time on the iPad and with no ability to just add a page between pages on the iPad.
