I recently upgraded to sierra. After installation was complete and rebooted I noticed my Finder window preferences had changed. Prior to sierra my Finder window icons were arranged by name, descending alphabetically in vertical rows. Now the icons are arranged by name in horizontal rows.

I've tried different "View Options" for the Finder, checking and unchecking "Arrange By" and "Sort By". No luck. If I recall correctly, you used to be able to align icons either left or right. Left would arrange icons in vertical order, right in horizontal.

I've attached a snap shot of how the Finder Window currently looks. Instead of the icons being arranged by name horizontally I want vertically. Suggestions?
