Arranging windows to fit screen like Expose does

Is there a way to arrange all your open windows across applications to fit the screen nicely like Expose does?

I would like to have my open screens positioned so I can see all open windows and can continue to use them. Expose does this but you then select a window and it brings it to the forefront, I just want to keep the windows arranged nicely.
