A few months ago my school district instituted a one-to-one iBook laptop program... apparently the password-cracking story that the whole town was fired up about is enough to attract CNN's attention... in your opinion, should the students be charged with a felony?

Why couldn't the next deterrent have been to take the computers away rather than charge the kids with a felony?
