I use my iPad Pro 11 inch the most in the landscape orientation and often have my hand covering the FaceID camera. I’m now used to lifting my hand slightly to permit the scan and open the iPad, but lately, I’ve noticed the arrow pointing to the camera is now pointing in the wrong direction. This wasn’t always the case. I remember it pointing to the camera when I first got the iPad and believe the issue started with the iOS 12.1 update. The 12.1.1 update did not correct it. Below is a screenshot of my lock screen while the iPad is in landscape and you can see the arrow it pointing towards the top of the screen instead of the side, which would be towards the left in my particular case. Has anyone else noticed this?

I wonder if this is related to issues people are having with the compass. Something to do with the gyro.
