Article missing from home page

Why did this article not make the home page? And why are comments not allowed? Just curious.

Also possible: I'm an idiot and don't know how to use the website.

We publish a number of stories that aren't intended to show up in our main feed because they are largely repackaged versions of our regular content which are optimized for search and social. That article is based on a Mark Gurman report from several weeks ago, so it's not part of the regular news cycle.
