Artist name in Album-view (itunes 11)

I have noticed that artist name does not display the same way when in album view in iTunes 11. Does anybody have any ideas to why?

Michael Jackson - History is bought via iTunes.
Michael Jackson - Invincible is ripped from the CD

But i can't understand why that should have any impact on how the CDs artist is displayed.

I just had a quick looksie at my library and found out that if "Artist" column is different from "Album Artist" of at least one song in an album, it will display an artist's name next to each song.
