Just thought I have to say after my having my ultra 2 for almost a year - it's great ! Cant think of a single thing I dont like about it and it still looks fantastic - not a mark or scratch on it and I use it every day for 23 hours a day (it gets charged when I wake up in the morning and have breakfast and a shower) - It comes to my delivery job with me every day which is a very physical job and it swims with me at the local beach every day of the year and not one thing has bugged me (except perhaps the cost of the bands but hey every single ali express band i have bought is still going strong)

There she is !

I have the U2 since original laun, so now almost 2 years ago and still live it.

You should update the title of your post as clearly you do not have an AW 2 but the ultra 2 - that is quite confusing tbh.

Love my Ultra2! Bought it last November and it's the best version on the Apple Watch I've owned. Thought the size and weight might be a problem but it doesn't bother me at all.

Been wearing my AWU2 Black every day for the last 10 months, it only comes off my wrist to charge once every day or two. Still love everything about it and the finish has held up very well - it still looks brand new, not a scratch on it, and I'm not gentle with my watches.

I've never even bothered to look before, but I just checked Battery Health and it's at 99%. I easily get 2 days out of a charge, even using the GPS for a 3-4 hour round of golf on one of the days and a walking/running workout on the other.

I’m still loving my Ultra 1, though noticing battery degradation.

Ultra 3 is likely on the cards though I may just replace the battery.

My black Ultra 2 sits in the drawer and I wear my S10 Ti. The ultra was just too big and bulky and offered little over what my sleek S10 does. Saving the U2 for a trade in on the S11

Loving my Ultra 2. 99% battery health and almost 2 years old! Not planning on upgrading anytime soon.

How do you charge your battery? To full 100% or stop at 80%?
About 50/50 between 80% and 100%. I use the rapid charger and set the watch upside down on a metal block to keep it cool while it charges. I charge while showering and wear the watch rest of day and night.

My OG Ultra after 2 years 9 months is at 86% now. I always charged it to 100%.

Just curious for other OG owners, are there anyone still managed to maintain it above 95%?

I wish I had an Ultra, but still loving my starlight series 7. There are days I wish the battery would last a little longer, but overall there's not really too much more I need this little thing to do.

19 months AWU2 owner here, still 100% capacity. Mostly charge to 80% except if I know I’ll be using the gps 4-5 hours then will tap up to 100% charge.

100% here and i just use optimised charging. It gets about an hour on the charging puck a day whilst I have breakfast and a shower.

My Ultra is great. First watch I’ve ever owned that hasn’t shattered within the first two years. In fact, it looks almost identical to purchase nearly three years ago. Excepting the straps; perhaps I’ll buy the loop.

Titanium and sapphire crystal live up to their billing. The watch tells me its battery life is at 89%. I’ll replace it when there’s a genuine upgrade available. Of course I, in alliance with my wallet, will determine that…

Same here, every Apple Watch I got, I always seemed to scratch the screen or damage it the first week I got it.

Ultra 2 was the first watch I got that I can slam full force into a concrete barrier and it shaves off the concrete and acts like nothing happened. Really like this watch (works with my size too as a normal Apple Watch looks really small on me).

I was going to upgrade to ultra 2 to replace my aging S6. But I got a replacement S6 with new battery. Hopefully Ultra 3 will come out when I replace S6 or I will just get Uktra 2.

I also have had the U2 since launch (don't I remember you being on the release day thread?), and absolutely love it. I wear it 23/7.

I have some small scratches on the titanium bezel, hard to see except in bright sunlight.

Sapphire crystal is still perfect. And I'm a klutz, constantly smacking into things. My Series 6 with ion-X glass had scratches almost immediately, ultimately resulting in a crack that got it replaced by AppleCare+.

I have my U2 set to charge to 100%, but usually pull it off the charger somewhere in the 90s. Current battery health is 94% after almost 23 months.

Since I need the Sp02 function, I don't see myself upgrading anytime soon. But I doubt the U3 will be a temptation anyhow, considering how well my U2 is doing.
