As part of the keyboard replacement program they install the same keyboard design or improved?

Well, basically that, if your computer is affected and part of the keyboard replacement program. they install again the same design and call it the day? or there was any design change on the butterfly design prior the new ones came out recently?

I believe 2016 get 2017 kB. And less sure that 2017 get 2018 KB

There was an old thread that mapped it out and showed the physical changes prevented upgrading beyond a certain point.
