Resolved !!ASAP!! Mid 2009 LCD in late 2008 MBP?

I am looking for a laptop on ebay and found an ok one with no display (just the palmrest+logic board). I have found an awesome deal on an LCD + Display housing, but it is for a mid 2009 macbook pro. Will the 2 be compatible? I know they updated the display on the 2009 mbp as well as moving the sleep magnent, but that is a minor issue. Please respond ASAP! The auction ends soon and I need to know what to bid.

Bought it, the 2 ARE compatible, but sleep magnets are on opposite sides. Since I ended up replacing the glass there actually was a spot on the other side for a magnet. Moved it over, display works beautifully.
