Aside from Maps, is ios6 a good upgrade for 4S?

Aside from the absence of google maps, what do you think about the ios 6 upgrade for the 4S?

Does it have any nice improvements for the 4S?

Does the "older" chip make it slower? I remember upgrading my old 3G to ios 3 or 4 and it really killed it.

Fullscreen safari is a great feature to have. One of my favorites.

Panorama picture taking.

Bluetooth toggle one step closer in settings.

Privacy options which allow you to determine which app, if any, will have access to any type of your personal information.

These are just a few off the top of my head besides turn-by-turn navigation. I'm sure there are many more.

It ran extremely fast and smooth on my 4S until I got the 5.

I love iOS 6, Yeah there's loads of noise about the Maps application being a bit crappy but to be fair it got me from A to B (150 Miles) the other day without any issues.

The new features are loads better and would advise anyone to upgrade if still on iOS 5.1.1

Since I installed iOS 6 on my 4S, it has run very smoothly. I have not used the Maps app extensively, but the update, I think, I very much worth it. I like Facebook integration along with inhancements to the Mail app, plus the panorama feature is pretty neat as well.
