guys , i want to ask about the iphone ext battery , if the external battery has 3000mah , and when i fully charged , and after i unpluged in , and i leave the ext battery like 2 days and when i try to charge the ext battery again ( haven't tried to use to my iphone ) why it charging again ? i meant , i thought once i charge , the logic thing it should still like 100% charged right ? but after 2 days it was like drain 20% from 100% without trying to charging any device from it .

any 1 can response about it ?

Wouldn't be due to self-discharge after only a short time, unless it's faulty. More likely it wasn't fully charged as you thought. Chargers report the battery being fully charged when the terminal voltage reaches 4.2v, but these batteries need further time on trickle charge (10%) to reach full charge. Even then, the terminal voltage will fall a bit after a while so a charger will see it as not fully charged.
