Asking about the Lock Screen camera button

Hello all!

I am a newcomer at this forum, so please warn me I'd this thread is placed in wrong place.

Apart from that, by this thread, I want to ask: Do anyone know the location (at iFile) for the 'white glow effect' when you press the camera button at Lock Screen (iOS 5.0.1)? Any answers will be appreciated!

Anyway, sorry if my English is bad; thus, it was not my primary language, as I come from Indonesia.

P.S: Sorry that I can't post images now, as I'm writing this in my iPhone 4.
