Apparently the big thing is phasing out iPhoto to be replaced with iCloud Photo. Dont think this would be an option for me as my 5GB of iCloud storage cant hold my 30GB or so of images.
Regardless, my main use for iPhoto on my mac is to import my photos, add faces to the photos, and then resync all my photos to my phone. Im trying to determine if an iPad/iOS can truly replace my mac. And step 1 is finding out if I can add/edit this metadata from within iOS itself and not have to offload it to my mac first.
Ive played a bit within my photos app, and the iPhoto for iOS app wont even open (it tells me to go to photos). Any suggestions would be appreciated!
