Assign note to a contact so it appears when called?

Is there any way, or any app, that would allow me to see a note when a contact calls me, or I call the contact? Even just having the contact's note filed pop up on the screen when a contact calls would be good.

You could take a screenshot of the note (press home and sleep/wake together) and attach that picture to the contact. Then, when the contact calls you, (or you call the contact), the screenshot will be shown.
