Assigned Custom Ringtones

OK, so when Apple opened the ringtone store, I bought 2. I assigned one to a bro's contact, and the other as default. Problem is that every third or fourth time my bro calls, I get the default ringtone. Now that 1.1.2 is out, I put a few more ringtones on the phone that I assigned to contacts as well, but it only plays that ringtone about 80% of the time. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this a known bug?

Though your numbers seems a little high, I get the default ring tone about 4.15% of the time on avg.

I have the same issue with 1.1.1
I have not upgraded to 1.1.2 yet.
Still have my virgin launch day iphone
