How do I get my IP address to become alexwait.com

The rest (PHP etc, space) would be taken care of on my computer. It's rarely off anyway.

Any idea?

You have to register your domain name.

A Word to the Wise: Do not publicize your desiired domain name before you register it. If you do, you may find that someone has already registered it.
