Assigning Apps to Spaces in Lion?

In SL we could assign applications to specific Spaces in System Preferences. I don't see that option in Lion.

My issue is, upon restarting sometimes my apps now open in an unintended Spaces. Is there a way to designate apps to only open in specified Spaces in Lion?
