Assigning F1 - F5 to hardware, F6 - F10 to software on MacBook Pro

I see in System Prefs that you can make it all or nothing. I know you can hit the "fn" key and then the Function button for software functions, but that is sometimes a pain, particularly while working in Flash.

Any way to do it in Sys Prefs? Is there an app I can download?

Hi, I had the same question as you; I wanna be able to change the sound and activate Expose without using fn for either of them. here was my thread about that
