Assigning Spaces to individual displays?

Hi all,

So yeah, I've recently invested in a mini displayport to HDMI cable to start using dual displays. I was wondering if there's any way of having one Space running on my MBP screen, and the other (I only have two now, my third Space was reserved for an app that doesn't play nice with Mission Control) one the second display? Any help would be greatly appreciated [=

Nope. Hopefully that will be changed later.

Unless the monitors have the exact same resolutions, there could be problems with icon placement. Either icons might not be visible or they would be repositioned by the OS to keep them visible on both screens.

But I agree it would be nice at times.
