I enable this occasionally to create a virtual button onscreen and have it set for a single tap to take a screenshot. This is not working in ios 26 on my iPad Pro. It still does on my phone on 18.6. The virtual button appears, but varies in brightness, sometimes bright white, sometimes dimmer. If I tap it, no screenshot is taken, and the button disappears momentarily then reappears. I can’t tell whether this is a problem with taking a screenshot specifically or generally with Assistive Touch. Is anyone using that set up, onscreen virtual button, for any purpose successfully?
