At full, sustained workload, what speeds do the 2016 MB's M3, M5, M7 settle to?

What speeds do they throttle to and stay at when the CPU is hit 100% and it's sustained. The few benchmarks I've seen don't sustain the workload. Do we have the answer to that question?

Core M3, maximum CPU usage, low GPU usage -> 1.7 GHz after a few minutes according to the german review of notebookcheck, who usually are very accurate.
