I think I blew my second interview for AHA Partner Relations.
I was pinning so much on getting this job. I printed 6 pages of questions and answers and what I was going to talk about. I got myself so worked up and nervous, and they asked me like 1 thing that was on my list. I answered their questions ok, but I rambled too much. Nothing technical. The first interview did roleplay, but the second didn't. They mostly asked for a few different customer service experiences.
This group that they're hiring for starts in 3 weeks. The recruiter said I'd hear something back within a week either way. Do they always do a 3rd interview? He didn't mention one
I'm so mad at myself.
Has anyone been hired after 2 interviews? I read before that if you're at second interview, you're basically in, but then I read a bunch of posts about 3rd interviews.
