AT&T 2 year contract and att data question

Ok so I have the 6 on att with a 2 year contract and the shared data plan 5gb, and I added a line and got the 6s on att next with the 15 gb discount.

So now both phones gonna be on the new 15 gb shared data plan right ?

Mobile Share Value Plan? If yes, then they will both be sharing the 15gb data.
