Well, no. You still technically have unlimited so I don't see how this would picture would help in terms of throttling.

Correct! After one reaches the 5gb data cap, one will continue to be afforded endless data. However, not at LTE speeds until the next billing period. At least, that is how I understand it.

For the most part, it's human nature. It has been a bit annoying. However, whatcha gonna do?
