AT&T and Apple preorder questions

Hey I had a few questions about being on att and preordering the iphone 6+.

1. Do they need the last 4 numbers of the social security number of the primary account? I saw it asking in the preconfig options.
2. My contract is only available to have a partial upgrade. Will I be able to order and use that on apples site without any problems?

Yes, you'll need the last four digits of the account holder's social.

A partial upgrade means you will pay an extra fee for the luxury of an early upgrade. I have no idea if that will be done though subsequent billing or at the time of purchase.

I guess what I'm trying get at is if anyone has experience with ordering from the apple website with a early upgrade and if it works easily.
