AT&T. Are we going to have to pay more for data since they consider it "4G?"

I'm a bit unfamiliar with the fake 4G nonsense, but do they charge more for these HSPA+ plans?

Hate to say it, but the iPhone 4S isn't HSPA +. Is is HSDPA. Meaning it hits 14.4 not 22.2 the HSPA + standard. Also 4G unlimited plans on AT&T are $30 dollars.
