AT&T bill question(iPhone 3gS TRKG)

What is the Iphone 3gS TRKG and the tracking feature? Im not getting charged for them but what are they? Its under rate plans on my AT&T account online.

probably to track how many active users they have on their network, to see if its inline with how many were sold... due to all the unlockers cancelling and going else were.

If I had to guess i'd say that TRKG means tracking, which is used in Find My iPhone, wether or not you use MobileMe\...
