I preordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max on the first day it was available for pre0order on the ATT website. I also added a new line with an iPhone 11. The deal they had going (and still do) was if you buy iPhone, and add a new line, you get one free (after bill credits) and they also send you a $300 gift card.

Did anybody else do this, and if so, have you received any emails or info about the $300 gift card? I got my iPhones in the mail on launch day and still haven't heard anything about the gift cards... I wasn't sure if this was normal, or if something got screwed up. According to the website, it says, "You will receive an email or letter with redemption requirements. Redemption is required within 75 days from reward notification email or mail date."
,
Any ideas if I should have received an email yet? Or, should I contact ATT.? Thanks!

bogo deals are a giant scam. You have been warned !!!

I did one before and it worked ok. They credit you the amount for the phones bill every month. Hopefully, this one will go as smooth too. It does keep you locked in with them unless you want to pay the whole phone off early.

Att promotions usually take up to 2 billing cycles to publish any promo deals.

I realize that the BOGO credit will take up to two billing cycles to start, but for some reason, I was thinking I would get the email sooner with directions on how to claim the $300 gift card,... But maybe not.
