AT&T Business Direct Fulfillments

I ordered a 16GB Iphone 3G on 7/17 through AT&T's business services department directly. I was quoted 5-7 days in an email and it has not been shipped out yet (no surprise there). I haven't been able to use any queue checkers posted on this site because it is being delivered straight to our company's zip code and obviously even though I change around the order numbers I have not found any other phones that are being delivered in our zip code. Is there any way of checking the queues for businesses? Thanks!

If you ordered on 7/17, that means your 5-7 days isn't up yet. I'm pretty sure it's 5-7 business days, so you still have a bit of time to wait. Today would probably be only the 3rd or 4th day.

What number did you call to get ahold of AT&T's business services department directly.

I originally called 1-866-265-8841 but after placing my phone order I was told to call 1-888-296-4561 with any questions???
