AT&T Business Premier Account + iPhone 4 question

Searched the forums but couldn't find an answer. Returned my early iPhone 4 because it was plagued with issues but tempted to go another round. Thing is, I would prefer NOT to deal with AT&T directly but I have a Business Premier account so I cannot buy one thru Apple. Am I able to purchase one through a 3rd party store? I.e Best Buy, walmart, radio shack, etc. I'm not using any sort of Premier discount, just the normal 199/299 w/ 2 yr contract.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advanced.

I have a Premier Business Account and just ordered an iPhone4 last week. The only options I had to get the subsidized pricing was to order the phone on-line from the AT&T website or go into an AT&T store. I went to the store.
